at Summerwood Equestrian Center
Hartland, Michigan
Auditors welcome Saturday & Sunday!
Questions? Please click here to email Jorie.

Check-in (for both walk-ins & pre-registered auditors): Please check in when you arrive at the registration table in the barn. Printed clinic programs will be available at check-in. (Click here to see auditing flier & registration form.)

Seating: Please bring a chair to sit in. You might want to bring a blanket/pad for your chair for added comfort. We know what weather in Michigan can be like in April - hopefully things will be warming up, but as you'll be sitting most of the time in an unheated indoor arena and not moving around, consider wearing layers if temps are cool, especially for the morning. Warm socks, gloves, sweater, a scarf to keep your neck warm, and a warm hat. There is a small heated warming/observation room available; people will need to rotate use as the number of people who can be in it at any given time is limited.

Video taping/photographs:  Sorry, no taping or pictures of lessons unless acting on behalf of the rider in the lesson. Note-taking is encouraged!

Rider Schedule: Schedule will be posted here approximately two weeks prior to the clinic and also on the SRS clinic Facebook page. Click here for Facebook page. Schedule will also be provided at the clinic in a printed program.

No smoking anywhere at Summerwood.

Food/beverages: Lunch is available for $8.00 and includes choice of water, coffee, tea, or lemonade. Lunch must be pre-paid and pre-ordered (cClick here for form). Feel free to bring lunch with you if you don't pre-order lunch. Restaurants/fast-food are available nearby (Leo’s Coney Island, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy’s,DQ, Taco Bell, Subway, Kentucky Fried Chicken). Coffee will be available for purchase.

Parking: Please park in front of the barn and along the drive. Parking is always tight; carpooling with friends is a great idea!

Indoor bathroom and observation room are available.

Evaluation forms: Please take a moment to fill out an evalution form and drop in the box at registration when leaving the clinic. Your feedback helps us to improve future clinics.
